Dr. Tehmina Khan is an Infectious Diseases Consultant at SKMC, she joined SKMC since July 2013. She completed her medical degree from Pakistan, Nishtar Medical College in 2004. Completed Internal Medicine residency from Lutheran Hospital Center, New York. She completed her Infectious diseases Fellowship training from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, U.S.A. She is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine , Infectious Diseases, and Medical Quality. She is Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at College of Medicine and Health Science and Member of Infectious diseases society of America ( IDSA). She is an active member of ASP program at SKMC and Infection control committee. Has several publications in peer reviewed journals. Her expertise include diagnosis and treatment of full range of infectious diseases including HIV and TB. She is core faculty of IM residency program and has great passion for teaching.
